I am often described as a healer, and yet, I have never healed anyone. Only Love heals. So, in the name of the divine, fall in love with yourself. May you be healed. May you become authentic. May the Spirit journey deep down into your life. May you be transformed.
"Spirit's Journey" - This meditation with music is a reminder that each of you are beloveds of the divine. You may choose to listen as you drift off to sleep. That's fine. In sleep and dreams we do some of our best soul work. You may use it to get your energy running freely - to be your meditation practice or to supplement it.
Working with this meditation may bring up old pain. Know that this is an attempt to release what no longer serves you. Everything that does not match Love must be let go.
