The Devin Garramone Band is Based in Upstate New York and is comprised fo Devin Garramone on Tenor Saxophone, Jeff Palmer on Hammond B-3, John Abercrombie on Guitar, and Adam Nussbaum on drums. The band plays in a style best described as modern jazz with the colors and textures found in blues and funk added in. The individual nature of all the players on this recording make for a very uplifting and satisfying journey through different forms of the blues.
The players are Devin Garramone on Tenor Saxophone, Jeff Palmer on Hammond B-3 Organ, John Abercrombie on Guitar and Adam Nussbaum on drums. Recorded in January 19th, 2004 in Utica, New York at Castle Recording Studio.
