My name is David Frank Gallagher. I composed most of these eleven piano solos for a project that Marvin Gaye started back in the early eighties. He wanted some unique music to go with a film he was producing on the birth and life cycle of whales. My studies in Marine Biology helped in the composing these songs. Having worked as a lifeguard in Hawaii, I've had many close encounters with Whales, Turtles, Dolphins, Monk Seals and Sharks.
All songs were performed on a Steinway Grand Piano on Maui and Mastered at Seaside Recording Studios. I know you will enjoy these eleven piano solos -- I sure enjoy playing them!
