Praise The Lord! I am so Godly proud of my cousin Dejaye. He is annointed to deliver healing in his music. I would HIGHLY recommend this CD, "The Good News Is." It will bless all who takes a listen. Demont, will you produce and write for me? My prayers and love are with you always! Joetta

A great genius of Urban Gospel Music With his first album, "The Gospel Accourding To The Soul", it is DeJaye to immediately managed to captivate his audience, so was the yardstick for his current work, correspondingly high. Usually, the second one as of the most difficult. That hurdle overcome DeJaye already with the Intro. It sounds great, a lot of promises and DeJaye keeps his word. And the Good News Is…, shows DeJaye immediately where the journey goes. Hardly is the beautiful intro done, it "Play This" a really good funky-groove number. Absolutely super song, which deserves the greatest respect. The album does so from the first note of fun and it sounds immediately after more. All tracks follow immediately on the next, without a second to pause and thanks to the perfect song selection fits the change of mood precisely. Dejaye presented with Track 2 and 3 two beautiful R&B tracks and it drips into the soulful ballad "Have You Ever". This sounds very soft and it is musically as well as a delicate vocals in the direction of Maxwell. Great, and one should at this point also mention all of the tracks sound very clear and very detailed, this is the result of a perfect production. With Track 6 follows then another nice Song. This gets the "good mood predicate." The following danceable piece "Betta Than That", bolted DeJaye the pace again next upward. At least here it becomes clear that this album is fun and develop without a breakthrough extreme style. "Understand Why" succeeds DeJaye the absolutely perfect soul ballad. The song is so perfect, that he easily flatters himself in every ear. He is absolutely fit chart, but not in a mainstream grouped. It has that certain something. With "Gotta B N 2 U follows a strong R&B Song. This is changing with the beautiful chorus then made again to the earwig. His versatility proves DeJaye "If U Wanna Dance" and "Skate Through Life". The two very reminiscent of the works of Earth, Wind & Fire. The two pieces make really fun. With Track 12 has DeJaye a beautiful song conjured, of this genre, so some could run the ranking. At the end arrived, it is DeJaye then relaxed with the hymn "He Touched Me" end and "The Good News Is" comes to an end. What remains is the wonderful feeling that an album in the player, which we hear again and again would like. It is a diverse album without the extremes. It remains sovereign, is versatile and does sound and music at a very high level. Moreover, this masterpiece is one of the few albums that can be completely relaxed track for track, wants to hear. All 14 titles are on their way, just brilliant. This should be but when DeJaye thanks. So sounds Independent Soul in its perfection. The genre is called Urban Gospel. Thanks DeJaye.
