notes
Dé Chéadaoin (pronounced day-kaydeen) plays traditional Celtic music with a Californian accent. Named after the Irish word for Wednesday, this group has been meeting Wednesday afternoons for two years now. The members attend the Santa Cruz Community Music School's Teen Celtic Camp in the summer. Directed by Shelley Phillips, the band has performed at many community events. very good
author: David RussellGood recording that I often play. The music itself is good, and part of what I like about the performance is that it, while being good, is not overly polished and overly produced - the music comes through.
