(About MP3 downloads at CD Baby)

Canadian Country Rocker Debra Ainsworth writes songs from her heart - the heart of a strong independent woman.

notes

Debra Ainsworth started singing at 4 years of age to her family and friends. She started playing guitar and writing her own songs at age 11. By age 13 she was singing in bars. She has released 2 singles, played the CCMA’s, did a TV live tribute to Hall of Fame Inductee Sylvia Tyson, and has opened for George Canyon. Debra is very close to her family, and is one of the most generous people you could meet. She says, “Growing up poor with a loving family has made me the person I am today. I wouldn’t change any of it”. Along with Debra’s talents and positive outlook on life, she is also the mother of 2 boys whom she loves more than anything else.

Every song on the album seems like it should be in a movie. Especially Simply goodbye and Still in Love with me. These songs really bring out Debra's voice - mainly because on one track it is only a piano, and the other a guitar. Sometimes I Fall gets me thinking about the time I have hit rock bottom, but came back and was OK. By far the best song on the album (in my opinion) is When You love me like this. Thanks Debra....Joe
