I come from a land down under – Melbourne, Australia in fact…
Lucky enough to be born with all the material comforts I could have ever wanted or needed in suburbia, I found that I had time to contemplate meaning while at the same time finding myself strangely alienated from other people and myself. I turned to the development of music; martial arts and meditation to provide answers that eventually led me to hearing guru Andrew Cohen define a new possibility (The Universe Project!). I am now thrilled to be Andrew’s student and devotee of this new movement of conscious evolution called Evolutionary Enlightenment.
I played in high school and university bands, but found a true love of electronic music through the techno/rave scene in Australia in the 90s. Produced two compilation albums in the years to follow (Introspective and Networks also available at all good outlets), and continue to write, defining new forms of uplifting dance music.
This album was written in parts, as I have been exploring and experimenting over the last year. The Universe Project trilogy was written for a short web video about the explosive spiritual and cultural awakening happening around spiritual teacher Andrew Cohen, but wasn’t finally used – but I thought they were very cool and wanted to share them with others.
