Pieces for piano solo, piano with violin and piano with flute, composed between 1994 and 2005 in a pseudotonal idiom.

• Diploma (the equivalent of a B.A.) in pianoforte, with highest marks, at Rome's Santa Cecilia
Conservatory of music.
• High school Diploma in Professional Sound Engineering at the State Institute for Cinema and
Television ( Istituto di Stato per la Cinematografia e la Televisione), Rome.


Work
• Composer and arranger of concert music and Television sound tracks.
• Teacher of piano, harmony and arrangement.
• Keyboard performer, esp. as accompanist.

I think my music resounds of timbres and harmonies that echo from those Twentieth Century genres which, by using a sort of neo-modality, opened in different ways to much more than what the tonal structures of the beginning of the same Century seemed to have completely explored and saturated.
Succeeding, at one time, in stepping away and paying hommage to them.

In that 'object' made of sounds, which we call Music, I generally see a more or less adequate and viable representation of our 'last chances', which is in every respect assimilable (although historically alternative) to the representation language is about.
Language also expresses itself in sounds and also has its past rooted in the 'Sound-Thought' concept, and through it which we speak of Music, or for that matter of art at large, and build our ethical and esthetic landmarks.

Penso che nella mia musica siano ravvisabili influenze timbriche e armoniche provenienti da tutti quei generi che nel '900 hanno nei più vari modi utilizzato una sorta di neo-modalità tesa ad "aprire" a molto altro da sé quel discorso tonale che all'inizio dello stesso secolo pensava di aver esaurito il dicibile e di essersi saturato. Riuscendo tanto a distanziarvisi quanto a ri-testimoniarlo.

In generale intravedo in quella cosa chiamata Musica che si occupa di suoni, una rappresentazione più o meno adeguata - più o meno percorribile soggettivamente - di "cose ultime" del tutto assimilabile, ma nel contempo storicamente alternativa, a quella di cui si occupa il linguaggio.
Che pure si esprime in suoni e che pure ha un suo pregresso essere "pensiero-suono", con il quale pure parliamo di musica, o di arte in generale, e costruiamo gli edifici etico-estetici di riferimento per tornare a pensarla.
