Heard for the past 7 years on 94.7 fm and now 105.1 the Buzz fm, Daria's Local Entertainment Guide is a personal narrative monologue feature, in which strange and funny anecdotes come to their conclusion with a local tie-in to an event, restaurant, local business or place.
Collected for the first time on a compilation CD, all net proceeds of Daria's Local Entertainment Guide Volume One go to benefit Dove Lewis, Portland Oregon's only nonprofit 24-hour emergency and critical care animal hospital.

author: AutopsyAmy75Hello Daria, I just wanted you to know that I run to my car everyday after work to listen to Your Local Entertainment Guide on my way home (Sunnyside to Oregon City). And, If I am too early ,I sit in my car ,in my drive way until it's over!:) I think my neighbors think I'm crazy or just really car conscience! I am buying the CD now! What a great idea to support Dove Lewis. This is a win/win situation for all!! Thanks Daria!!

CD Baby and Daria O'Niell: Impressive!
author: IrethMany, many times have I put my life at risk while driving, listening to Daria's local entertainment guide and laughing so hard I couldn't see the road. She is genius! I was so excited to recieve Daria's Local Entertainment Guide Vol. 1 from CDBaby (An excellent organization with super service!), and am completely satisfied with my purchase. My only disappointment is the small number of stories on the CD. May future volumes be longer!

author: cathyI think it was great - the stories are always fantastic. I just wish it were longer. I would have been happy to pay $15 and get a longer CD, but i guess we just wait til the next one. And the fact that the profits go to dove lewis is very cool.
