She's a firecracker on the drums and vocals. He masters a signature style on his power hungry electric guitar. Together they create a passionate raucous that's so inspiring, it's turning music cynics into energetic fans.

notes
Their love affair was sparked by a calling to play music together. Now, they’ve unleashed their fervent energy on a full-tilt electric power duo that’s seducing even the most cynical music audiences.
Curly and The Rocket are making more than music, they’re inspiring us to create life with a passion.
Curly is the missus of the team. From her rocker’s throne, she wrangles the drum kit like she’s riding a bull. But that’s only the half of her stunt filled routine; She’s also the singer in this act. While her limbs are busy spanking the skins, she’s whispering and wailing into a microphone, making the show go like a rodeo announcer.
Then there’s The Rocket, the duo’s dangerous back end, man with guitar. Simultaneously orchestrating leads, rhythms, even slide solos, he maneuvers his way through a raucous musical carnival ride that tugs between the refined and the raunchy.
The two together create big sound. It’s an ambitious, quirky finessing of their American rooted musical inclinations, tooling with southern boogie, fusion, rockabilly, classic rock and vintage blues. A signature of their style is orchestrating reckless thrills by joy riding, then charging suddenly into a dark sharp turn, like a muscle car on a wet
country road.
Listeners of their independent debut release, Electricshow, will discover all of the energy and flavor of their live act burnished to a studio polish. 2007 will take them on their fist national tour, bringing their live
Electricshow to festivals around the US.

No choice but to love this album...
author: JMRThis is the most exciting music I've heard in a long time. If you could sing, this is how you'd want to do it. If you could sit down inside a guitar and belt yourself in for the ride, this is the guitar you'd want to take for a spin. Lyrics that actually mean something or tell a story that you will think about for a couple days after you hear them? When is the last time you said that about a record? You will laugh (track 2), cry (track 9), rock (track 8) and otherwise love this album till you wear it out...
This CD kicks ass!
author: AndrewFrom beginning to end, this CD is a polished, heavy-metal anthem. The songs are complex, taking the listener on a audio-journey that makes them just want more. The guitar solos will evoke memories of Jimmy Page and Hendrix; the passionate lyrics of Adrienne are totally unique and beyond compare. This band is the real deal -- they are the original power duo!
Curly and the Rocket: rocks
author: Sean in DCThe next best thing to seeing Curly and the Rocket live is this album. Song after song rocks. It is hard to belive that so much sound can come from two people. They've got the funk of the city blended with roots and Mississippi delta sounds. The vocals soar above the rocking guitar and blend in a most satisfying way. Buy the album and see them if you can. Best music I've heard in DC since moving from New Orleans.
