Crisis is a Charlotte, NC based pop rock band. They have enjoyed playing music together as a group for over ten years, forming in 1996. They have released 5 albums which showcase their craftsmanship of writing original power pop and rock tunes.
The band consists of Randy Franklin, guitar and vocals, Ed Leitch, lead guitar, Henry Pharr, bass and vocals, and David Barnhardt, drums.
Their music is rooted in the classic rock sounds of the sixties and seventies, with strong influences from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.
"Cosmictology" is the bands first studio album. Recorded and produced in 1999 at The Barn Studios, this album introduced their pop with a crunch sound that continues to capture the hearts of fans and critics alike.
Crisis performs live shows all over the southeast and is a regular featured band at the world famous Double Door Inn in Charlotte.
