David Courtney is an internationally renowned record producer and composer who has worked with some of the legendary names in music such as: Roger Daltrey, Roger Chapman, Dave Gilmore, Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, Ritchie Blackmore and Steve Cropper to name but a few and was also the man behind the success of international recording artist Leo Sayer. Midsummer Madness was recorded in 1976 at the famous "Honky Chateau" studios in France and mixed at Air tudios London by Geoff Emmerick.The musicians that palyed on the album include Jim Rodford, John Verity & Robert Henrit all members of the band Argent.
