The Cool Waters Band is Rock and Roll at its finest...high-energy, dynamic, captivating, tight, intense feel-good music that will grow on you like a weed!! The roots-rock, Wisconsin based band is entering its 13th year of touring supporting their 5th studio album entitled "A Rose Petal To The Metal". The latest album is a diverse collection of songs written by Greg Waters (lead vocals, guitar) over the last year and a half. It is a mood-melody rollercoaster that touches on a number of different emotions and grooves. They are not your typical band, they take modern rock and give it an old school twist. Its unique and it is sad to see that the band is breaking up. Best of luck

Great CD, I can't quit listening to it. I really like the extra dynamic the horns give this band over other Americana bands. And the song "2 Car Garage" is catchy and witty, I am a fan and look forward to more music from these guys.

  • A newer local band playing great old time rock&roll

Bringing rock&roll back to it roots. This is what all new bands should strive for.

  • This is what rock should be!

I had been hearing some of Cool Water's music on WAPL and my first impression was, "this is what rock music SHOULD be, instead of much of the manufactured drivel that is coming out of the major labels!" I really like every song on the CD and play it in my car a lot!!! A very solid effort.

I Love This Album, I First Heard About The Cool Waters Band From Accident Hash Podcast By C.C. Chapman. I Haven't Stopped Listening To It Yet. Wonderful Feel Good Rock & Roll.

  • Serendipitous find of the music I grew up on

I ran across a single from this CD listening to the first podcast I've ever listened to, from insomnia radio. I was immediately caught up in music that I'd not heard since growing up in the 70's. Don't get me wrong, these guys aren't retro throwback but excellent and orginal musicmakers that have a sound I have always liked and is not heard often. Very clean, original and creative. Most of you will like this. If not . . . too bad.

  • Amazing!

Cool Waters have done it again, yet another amazing CD, upbeat with a unique sound and flow. I suggest this CD and every other Cool Waters Band CD, each is mind-blowingly terrific.
