Fit and the Conniptions is a combined band / webcomic project by London based singer songwriter Wayne Myers. The first Fit and the Conniptions album, Bless Your Heart, was released in July 2007 and Wayne is currently working on the second album. Recent gig highlights include memorable outings to Shunt and the 12 Bar Club, as well as a couple of solo slots at Glastonbury.

author: Richard EdgarReally interesting and varied folk/funk/bluesey sound. I've carried this CD around in my car for several weeks now, on a short rotation with a few others. It's worth the listen!
