notes
Formed in Dublin , late 1999, Coldwar started as a three piece band mixing equal parts - hardcore, punk and extreme metal into an angry incendiary assault. Over the years they have developed into a five piece, touring all over Ireland, the UK and have made several trips to Europe and the US supporting Anthrax, Hatebreed, Agnostic Front, Discharge, Converge, Exploited, GBH and Cephalic Carnage, amongst many others along the way. The lastest album BloodFire Sunset has just been released on an Irish label-Underground Movement, leaning heavily towards the bands more metal influences . This new release captures the bands slow heavy grove right through to its fast brutal intensitity, on their best offering to date....enjoy
