So suggests Cody Fry in his debut, with top-flight singing, relentless melodies, and driving rhythms. It\'s no surprise that you can hear such disparate influences as John Mayer, Dave Matthews and Rascal Flatts.

This varied collection of songs examines life\'s ups and downs through the purposeful lens of contrasting relationships. We meet \"Hannah\", who\'s quests for authenticity are more than welcomed in a world of facades. We\'re \"Stuck in the Grey\": the no-man\'s-land where a good relationship turns bad. Finally, \"Birds\" recounts a story of true love whose days are numbered. A wild ride to be sure, but as Cody reassures us in his brief introduction: \"All is good, all is life\".
