CHRYSALISS is the Hawaii-based song writing and vocal duo Chris and Melissa Davis who have released their mainstream, debut CD, "BE THE LOVE."
The project features 13 original songs from the island-style "Aloha," to the pop-driven "You," to moving, heart-felt ballads like "You'll Always Be a Part of Me" and "Me with You."
"BE THE LOVE" is a departure from CHRYSALISS'S other musical involvements which include directing and producing the 2004 NA HOKU HANOHANO award-winners "Na leo Ho'onani" as well as the Hoku-nominated group "Un 2 One," who has had the prestigious honor of performing at the HULA BOWL half-time show four years in a row.
