This CD is part of the 5 dollar special!!!
COMING HOME was officially released at Uncommon Ground Coffeehouse on September 8th, 2001. It includes ten original songs in a variety of styles. The live cut "Big Blue Dog" was nominated in the blues category of the 2002 Just Plain Folks Music Awards. "On the Way Up" features a duet with L.A. singer/songwriter Kat Parsons. The album is primarily acoustic and should appeal to listeners who enjoy organic, earthy music and honest, heartfelt songwriting.
I am an independent songwriter/musician who makes his home in Flagstaff, Arizona. I have recorded a CD for children called A FAMILY SONGBOOK and have a new recording of original songs called CAMPFIRE. Both are available at CDBABY.
I would like to thank the following musicians for their work on COMING HOME: Robert Arendt (percussion), Brian Gingrich (bass), Dale Petersohn (guitar), Colby Maddox (mandolin), Peter Seman (blues harmonica), and Kat Parsons (vocal duet on "On the Way Up") - as well as Victor Sanders for his fantastic production work.
