Perfect pop, emotive and real. Here is an artist in fine company with Dido and Norah Jones - lush and from the heart - acoustic and live sounding from a woman with soul.

notes
Charlotte is a seductive and passionate singer, with an elegant, sensuous look, she is a spell-binding performer. "Ordinary Girl" was engineered by Jeremy Allom (Massive Attack's "Blue Lines") and features musicians like Terrapai and Alex Hewitson on rythm from Dig and Savage Garden and Robbie James from Ganggajang/Yothu Yindi on guitar.
Charlotte's intelligent lyrics and lush arrangements are the result of 10 years of writing and performing with top Australian bands like Picture This, Yothu Yindi and Boxcar.
Her emotions run close to the surface in all of her heartfelt powerful songs. This is truly international pop coming from the heart and soul of a real woman.
Born in England where her musical roots lie, Charlotte moved to Australia as a teenager and has made the Northern Territory her home - a wilderness where her creativity is also able to run free.
Charlotte's songs have featured in the Australian films "Love and Other Catastrophes" and "Black Rock". Her single "Picture of You" (1999) released through Festival sold 6000 copies nationally.
