"Chance & the BluesDaddies" is a three-piece Rockin' Blues Band that leaves your heart racing, your libido dancing and thirsty for more!
Mike Pearl on the drums, Patrick McDonald on bass and Chance Gardner on guitar and vocals.
Deaf Dog Blues was presented the Hawaii Music Awards "Best Blues CD 2004". That was the third Hawaii Music Award for Chance Gardner, lead singer and guitarist for "Chance and the Blues Daddies". Chance learned the blues from "Earring George" Mayweather (J. B. Hutto's band) and his brother Silas Hubbard Jr. and learned showmanship from "Stovall" Brown in Boston.
Patrick McDonald's early bands included Jimmy and Stevie Ray Vaughn, Billy Gibbons and has toured with the likes of Lightnin' Hopkins, Steve Miller Band, Billy Joel and Todd Rundgren to name a few.
Steve Sargenti from Maui plays harp on 2 tracks and Dave Hissey from Chicago plays B-3 on two other tracks.
