notes
Cuban Fan Belt Records specializes in home recorded musical output in all forms and styles. Beginning with the Hierophant debut, "Portals," through the Zero As the Reference classic "No Center," and now with its first compilation, CFB has encouraged its artists to both push the envelope and embrace traditionalism simultaneously. QHRM v1 spans a stunning range of styles and plays out like a fine film, starting with some classic dub, and progressing through punk, beat-bashing electronica, classic rock, country/folk, soundtracks for tomorrow, and just plain weirdness. If you're looking for a wild ride through stylistic audio landscapes, you may have found what you're looking for. It's like a brand new record collection on one CD!

So many different styles, you don't see what's around the bend.
author: Lucy LangleyVery ecclectic collection of music stringed together to form a sort of soundtrack for some derranged movie. Interesting enough to keep the listener listening with their third ear!!
