Dave Carter's music is thoughtful and smart. Semisweet is a collection of songs Dave wrote while teaching high school on the Oregon Coast in 2004. Dave's lyrics describe familiar emotions and feelings in ways that catch the listener off gaurd and before long singing along.

Great listen, the lyrics are pure poetry.
