This CD starts out great and improves. It's over an hour long and contains an extra track. The songs have lots of energy and a unique sound. I have listened to it several times in the first week, which is unusual for me. I loned it to a friend, and had to go get it after two days, because I needed to listen to it again.

  • Great music!

I'm glad I bought it. Everything sounds great on it, and not to mention how fast it was delivered. Only 2 days. I will buy again, and again...

  • Awesome CD!!

This CD is great, it's the kind of CD that you put in your CD player and it wont come out to months. I'm addicted to it. The songs are all very different. Slow calming celtic songs like "mellowtone" to fast upbeat awesome songs like "mary mac". great cd, i would definatly recomend it.

    author: Darlene

This is the best cd I've purchased in a long time, which is amazing, having only heard snippets of songs off their website. Every song is wonderful and different from the one that proceeds it. I'm looking forward to seeing them live in Cleveland tomorrow night!

  • Carbon Leaf: Good and Good For You!

  • Winners of the AMA/Coca Cola New Music Award 2002!
    author: Don

This album is by far their best work, and contains the song "The Boxer" that was performed LIVE on the 2002 AMA Music Awards January 9th. Carbon Leaf competed against 800 other unsigned bands to win the very first Coca-Cola/AMA New Music Award, judged by none other then Dick Clark.

  • Carbon Leaf makes it to Top 10 in AMA Contest!
    author: Don

I bought this CD after seeing these guys perform, and let me tell you.. they are incredible! And Im not just saying that either, because Carbon Leaf has made it to the semi finals and are in the top 10 to compete in the American Music Awards/Coca Cola New Music award contest! You can check it out by going to http://www.newmusicaward.com

  • Why haven't these guys gone global?
    author: Trevor

Saw these guys in Richmond live over the weekend where they were raising money for the homeless. They played a lot from their newer CD, Echo Echo, and let me tell you, it is amazing. I have never really been one into this kind of music, Im more of a hard metal kind of guy, but Carbon Leaf just sound great, can play great, and write extremely good music. I really see no reason why they havent been able to become mainstream, especially with Echo Echo. If you have the $10 to spare, which is nothing, come on, dish it out and get this CD. You wont be disappointed. Might as one get one for your local radio station too!
