notes
The 3rd album from Swedish doomsters. This is a emotional yet powerful journey deep into doomland. BURNING SAVIOURS pay hommage to childhood favorites like BLACK SABBATH, DEEP PURPLE, URIAH HEEP and JETHRO TULL but brings it up to date with 2007 sound and style. The band do not fear to mix in plenty of folky influences, adding flutes and slower songs as well. File next to CATHEDRAL or PENTAGRAM.

Took a Risk
author: Chris in ColoradoI loved the samples on this CD but with only 3 of 9 offered and a higher price tag, I was leery of buying an album with three good tracks and a lot of filler. This really hasn't proven the case and all nine songs are comparable and just the sort of music I like.
