With a choice of Medieval, Celtic, or Pedal Harp Betsy offers a wide variety of musical styles for all occasions.
Betsy has performed at weddings, funerals, dinners, receptions, and in a variety of church settings. In addition, she works regularly with nursing homes and retirement centers, where she provides harp music for residents, especially in assisted living and Alzheimer’s units.
As an Advanced Certified Clinical Musician (ACCM), Betsy works in hospitals and hospice settings to provide harp therapy to aid in relaxation and improve the quality of life for patients.
As a performer, Betsy works with Village Productions, and with the Tapestry Historic Dance Company. She has provided period appropriate music and danced in costume for the Renaissance, Baroque, Colonial, Regency, and Civil War eras. She has also performed in the pit band for musicals.
Combining her knowledge of stress-reduction techniques and music, Betsy works with Kathy Gracenin to present “Music, Movement and Meditation” retreats for individuals and groups.
