Rashawn a.k.a. Brosha~L a native of Davenport, Iowa was born in the late 70's and reborn March 29, 1998.
Rashawn's main objective is to reach and inspire young people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. To offer a more than equal alternative to the negative influence of secular rap/hip hop. To administer mind-renewing, anointed lyrics filled with substance to cultivate a lifestyle of victory in Jesus! To instill vision and hope that will challenge young people to pursue their God ordained destiny. To admonish, strengthen and salute every god fearing young person already walking in the path of righteousness.
Unlike the typical rappers that only glory in themselves their riches and the lusts of the world. Brosha~L brings a "refreshing" to the industry by bringing glory back to the creator and gift giver. "Its time for these cats (slang) to recognize.... you can't [just] sell a million records, corrupt the lives of a million plus youth, and then thank God at the Awards Ceremony.. God ain't receivin' no glory in that!"--Brosha~L
When Rashawn is not holding a microphone, he is very active in his community and for the Kingdom of God. He volunteers his time and efforts twice a week at S.O.U.L. Youth Outreach (a ministry of Victory Christian Center) and also ministers to youth offenders at the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center in Tulsa, Ok two days a week. Until the return of Christ, Brosha~L will be busy about his fathers business!!!

author: Sigi1loveThis ablum not only touched me spiritually but also appealed to my intellectual side and had a great impact on my life. The musical blend of unique hip-hop beats, mixed with traditional christian themes made for a splendid album from this tremendously talented artist. I can't wait for his next album to drop !!!
