    I LOVE this cd!!! I bought this to play at my son's pirate themed birthday party and everyone loved it. Some kids even stopped playing and came over and stood by the speakers so they could hear better!!!

    I also bought this CD for a (7 yr old) pirate birthday party - the songs are very clever and fun. My 3 year old chimes in with 'Eat a lime!' in Scurvy and my 7 year old got a pillow and layed down on the floor to listen to the Billy Bones story interlude. Good musicianship, clever lyrics. We all love it!

    This CD is great! I bought it for my 4 year old son's pirate birthday party. We've had it for 2 weeks now and it has been playing non-stop. It was a real hit at the party and the parents even liked it. They thought the songs were witty and fun.

    Love the upbeat tunes and lyrics. Cat-o-nine-tails is fabulous as is Scurvy! Great for all ages, all pirates. Leaves you wanting more.

    "Weathereye" is an awesome song. The rest are more for younger kids. Not really stories, which is what the boys were hoping for. Fun disc for a few listens. "Weathereye" gets played repeatedly.

    This listens like a musical / children's show about a pirate ship. It's a mix of upbeat tunes like Scurvy!!! and slow but happy and still piraty pieces like Cat O' Nine Tails. Now, it is a bit childish, but adults (and disaffectionate college students) I've played this for all loved it. Just don't expect drinking songs. =) There's a Flash video of Cat O' Nine Tails on their web site, and if you want a longer taste of this album definitely check it out. It's what made me buy it. (That and the sample of SCURVY!!!)

    I actually haven't listened to the CD. MY 5 year old loves it. This Cd travels with her everywhere. I get yelled at to turn down my radio so she can listen to it in the car. She says that her favorite song is Billy Bones. She also knows all of the words to Cat of Nine Tails? She sings it word for word. Its wonderful when you can impress a 5 year old with music. Keep making great music. We hope to see you at the BITE. Thank You Very Much
