This is the first of two CD's John Boda recorded with his Body Holy Band. The other is also available here called,"Message from the Psalms".
John has stated that he simply indulged himself in a return to the electric guitar after many years of developing his own unique style on acoustic. For a good listening of his acoustic work, see "Acoustic manger" his Christmas instrumental CD.
This is a great CD to have at parties and gatherings, and will usually cause inquiries as to what's playing!
John Boda also sings on seven of the nine vocal songs. The other two feature the awesome blues vocals of Rick Andrews, also featured in his own right on CDbaby, with John Boda returning the favor playing lead guitar on two of his CD's.
Although nobody plays quite like him, including this guitarist, John Boda has dedicated this work to a huge inspiration: the memory of Danny Gatton - The world's greatest unknown guitarist!
