Bob Cushing is a veteran singer-songwriter from Cincinnati Ohio. he has made his living playing solo gigs across the Midwest 300 dates per year for nearly two decades. Along the way he has opened for a wide array of national acts, including Montgomery Gentry, 38 Special, Blue Oyster Cult, Dream Theatre, Lonnie Mack and Todd Snider to name a few. Although renowned for his live shows,he has found time to release 5 studio albums. His latest,"Middle Aged Crazy"is a rootsy country-rock romp through songs about everyday life as experienced by the author. Cushing utilizes some of Cincinnati's finest musicians as his backing band to great affect on these memorable, catchy songs.

Best darn indie CD ever
author: DavidThis CD is the kind of CD that you can throw in and listen to several times.. It flows well from song to clever song. Clever Lyrics found throughout.. Being close to middle aged myself it really hits home. Four of these songs should be on the radio. Bobs vocals give you a blue collar feel and you can sense a pure real honesty in his delivery..Middle Aged Crazy is awesome in my opinion.
Its the real world put to music!

author: Tony LangeI've been following Bob in the clubs for 10 years, and I have to say, this is his best one yet,{and their ALL pretty damn good!}He just keeps getting better with age. His previous recordings ran the gamut style-wise,but this one is focused, and right on the money! His turn towards countified music suits him well.
