Bobby Susser, M.A. Communication Arts and Sciences and Early Childhood Education, Columbia University, has written and produced original, easy-to-learn, award winning children’s songs since 1972 as well as the internationally acclaimed, "Once You Understand," for teenagers. Six (6) times, he has been awarded the Early Childhood News Directors’ Choice Award, Dr. Toy’s/The Institute for Childhood Resources’ "Best Children’s Vacation Products Award," "100 Best Children's Products Award," "10 Best Audio-Video Products Award," "Best Classic Products Award," "10 Best Socially Responsible Products," and the "Parents' Choice Award" for his ongoing series "Bobby Susser Songs For Children." He has also contributed and recorded an official theme song to the world renowned St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Bobby Susser chooses and works with several types of singers and musicians depending upon the song, style, and subject matter. He feels that the performance as well as the song must be believable, honest, and sincere. These important qualities are the running threads throughout his original songs and activities.     Bobby Susser's "Early Learning Sing-Along" is a classic collection of sing along songs for the children in my day care center. Every song is so much fun and so easy for the kids to sing along with. Every song is also so catchy that the kids remember each one instantly. This collection is one that all little kids will immediately love.

    This sing-along by Bobby Susser is the ultimate children's sing-along for the children in my preschool class. Every single song is soooohhhhh catchy and soooohhhhh easy for the kids to learn. During one listen the kids immediately join in. Each song has a repetetive catchy chorus with a message that is absolutely wonderful for little children to learn. This music, while very simple, is the most cleverly written collection of children's songs for preschoolers.

My children love every one of the songs and all the activities that go along with each song. Some very important lessons are taught while singing these fun songs. Bobby Susser has been called a "Master Communicator" with kids through his wonderful songs. He proves to be just that in this collection. All of my children act as though they know him and trust him through his friendly songs.     This sing-along that Bobby Susser put together so superbly for young children is the favorite with the kids in our day camp. The songs are so catchy and easy for the kids to learn that I hear them singing the songs while eating lunch, resting, and getting on the bus to go home. The melodies and lessons the songs teach really stick with the kids, and that's good, because some of the lessons are ones that apply to all of us throughout life. The songs written by Bobby Susser, were done so in such a simple form (as he usually does), so the children will learn each lesson as they sing the catchy melody.

    This is a very unusual sing along CD for young children. I have used many sing along collections for my first grade class. Some good and some not. However, I never had a sing along collection like this one by Bobby Susser where the children love every single song. Each one is very very catchy and is easy for the children to join in. The catchy parts are repeated and so the children learn the songs and enjoy themselves. Even my shy ones join in. It's a great sing along collection that won't fail you.
