The debut CD from Mary Bliven is a blend of Bluesy Rock, Jazz, Soul and elements of Country.
The band is Mary Bliven(vocals),Liam Bliven(guitar),Aaron Goodro(Drums),Eric Asvestas(Harmonica),Bill Burke(Bass)and Brent Barlow of Slow Motion Driver on Keyboards.
The disc also features session guitarist Marty Walsh and Hammond B3 player Ken Clark on a few tracks.
Mary Bliven is a new artist on the scene worth noting. She has a soulful voice, great vocal range and she pours her heart into every lyric.
She and her husband Liam have put together a group that delivers a hard-hitting, bluesy sound that will blow you away. Mary has a remarkable voice which is a perfect match to Liam's soulful presence on lead guitar. Together, they weave a rich tapestry of passionate and memorable melodies with thoughtful lyrics that will have humming them long after you first hear them!
