Billy Boyle is a singer-songwriter and long time enthusiast of the Nashville Tennessee music scene. He started his singing career performing gospel music in a quartet with his brothers at the age of eleven in a rural west Tennessee county near Memphis. Billy left the gospel music scene to pursue a college opportunity and a degree in accounting. During his years as an accountant in government service, Billy continued to enjoy his love for music by writing songs that he performed in churches, at family reunions, and other public and charity events. Billy is a proud 2008 recipient of the esteemed Albert Gallatin Award for service of merit to the United States Government.
Billy is a self-taught guitarist who has written a catalog of lyrics with a profound creation of music that is unique, original, and spiritually inspired. He has a writing style that appeals to a wide variety of audiences of all backgrounds and ages. He is a lyricist at heart.
Billy has a catalogue of songs that include a flavorful mix of Americana folklore, gospel toe tapping country, nostalgic pop, contemporary and traditional Christian, as well as soulful, sultry, cool R&B sounds. Billy offers listeners original songs that are musically well rounded with universal themes everyone can relate to and melodies to which everyone can groove. As a multi-talented artist, he arranges and composes all of his material.
Although he has a great number of Americana folklore songs that reflect the highest level of patriotism and pride in our great Nation, he chose "Hail the Dream," a tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and “Our Merry Land”, a tribute to the greatness of our country for his first production.
This is Billy’s first attempt to professionally exploit and market the countless number of songs he has written over the years. Billy started his own company, Elyob Productions to handle the production, publishing, and marketing his music. He realizes and respects the talent and competition in the industry, while searching to find his own niche. He has had years of experience as a singer and performer and has his own unique vocal range. Billy knows that people of all backgrounds and ages take their music choices and listening time personally. He expects to find his niche among the most serious listeners who have a profound appreciation for not only a vicarious beat, but also a message; a story; a depiction of life present, past, and future. Stevie Wonders’ “Songs in the Key of Life” said it best- Music is a language we all understand. Billy understands that you got to give the people what they want. Billy believes that what the people get and accept from the mainstream of the industry is not always, what they want. For all of those who already have their favorite artist, styles, and call numbers as well as those who are still in the search, the aim of Elyob Productions is to produce music that offers a clear alternative to anyone who are serious about their listening pleasure.

I am not much of a Americana fan, but after listening to these songs, I can definitely feel the vibes from this album. It was very soulful and I appreciate a song that has something real to say. I say keep on keepin on and keep writing and producing Bill!!!
