From Santa Fe to Las Cruces is Bill's first solo project, which he recorded after his wife, Bonnie became ill and was no longer able to perform with him. On this album, Bill chose to include a variety of contemporary and danceable American folk music. Much of the material was written by Texas songwriters whom Bill counts as personal friends.

author: Norma Peck GoldbergWhat a treasure! Bill's voice still warms me like a Spring Day. I left New Mexico 20 years ago, but through the years Bill & Bonnie's songs took me back to happy times there. Bill still blows me away and soothes me at the same time. Long life Bill, and keep 'em coming!
