Four strings, 24 frets and a monster truck sized drum kit can shatter your perception of what it takes to be a rock band. The two brothers that run grit-pop outfit Bel Riose will do just that.
With an unbelievably full sound that incorporates both delicate and explosive percussion with an acoustic bass guitar that plays equal time in camps of low smoothed-out swells and jagged baritone bliss, one couldn't ask for more. Add in deliberate and poignant pop lyrics delivered alternately with melodious charm and ferocious dissent and you won't need to.
