THIS COMES FROM Minster B.E.Lahmon (Keybaord Man)
This is my 2nd instrumental solo project and I truly beleive that there is a message in the music, we often get so caught up in the lyrics that we sometimes overlook the music now don't get me wrong, the lyrics do play a major part but the music provides the foundation in which the lyrics are henged on , without the music in most cases the words may never be heard ,but the music alone speaks for itself.I've been playing the keys for over 20 years now and I'm not too proud to admit that I'm still still learning as mush as I can from others because no matter how good we may think we are there's always some one that's a little better and that's the gospel truth but if I could learn to play another instrument it would be with no questions asked (The Lead Guitar) I started out back in the 80s playing around with the lead and bass guitar but both of them seemed a little too hard to master so I moved on to the organ at New Zion Gospel Church I learned a few things from 2 outstanding keyboardists in the Jackson MS area Don Thigpen and Willie Maxwell 2 musicians in whom I have the utmost respect for, well we started out in the church with a kimble then we moved up to a hammond b3 and if you know anything about gospel music at all I don't have to tell you that there is no substitute for a hammon organ so I spent a few years with the hammond,we finally moved on to the keyboard Roland and Korg it dosen't get any better than those 2 boards if you like sweet and mellow music I think you will enjoy every track on this cd.if you like this one don't forget to check out my first instrumental "Let The Musis Speak'"
God Bless You From Minister B.E.Lahmon
