Becki J. Ogne was born and raised on a Christian camp in southeast Wisconsin, Timber-lee Christian Center. Embracing camp life and being exposed to several Christian speakers and musicians, her love for music and songwriting developed. As Christ the center of all her writing, she is inspired by life events, both tragic and joyful, and loves to turn even the most difficult of situations into those of hope and victory in her lyrics. Her styles can range from blues and rock to slow melodic reflections and are always based on scripture. She currently loves leading worship and serving on the worship team at her local church, Harvest Bible Chapel, in Davenport, Iowa. Now Becki J. Buescher, she married a wonderful man, Will, and desires to continue her songwriting, playing, and singing for the Lord.
