"Have Another Taste" is the fourth chapter in the musical story that is the "Cajun Commotion" from the group Bayou Roux. The album is a collection of eleven studio tracks that were laid down as a result of fan requests from the band's remarkable live shows. The album contains three original tunes, some traditional cajun classics and some musical surprises. Bayou Roux, billed as a variety band with a cajun accent, is originally from the Bayou Land of South Louisiana and is now based in Houston, Texas.
