notes
Sarah Barchas was a singing teacher/librarian for over 30 years, and is a singer/songwriter, poet, and publisher. She has founded High Haven Music, "a little company with big dreams," with commitment to bring joy through song and storytelling in sound recordings with accompanying books. While her previous eight titles are for children and family enjoyment, this newest sound recording is geared mostly for adults.
SEASONS OF LIFE:Reflections in song is a memorable collection of 17 songs written over a period of many years, yet keenly relevant to today's times. These are inspirational songs of reflection and self-awareness, looking at past experiences to take stock of one's life, seeking to find and make more meaning for ourselves and others as long as we have life. This is a distinctive CD with 20-page lyrics booklet for reflective persons and moments, ages 13 to 113.
