Barb has been published several times in Sing Out! Magazine and Pass It On!, as well as in Broadside Magazine, River Circular, Folkestone News, and in the books "Every Woman Has A Story," "Common Ground" and "Close to the Ground".
She is a contributing artist on several film, video and recording projects.
Her moving poem, Sacred Ground, with artwork by visual artist, Margo McCreary, was selected as one of the published pieces in the Broadside Series by the Powderhorn Writer's Festival in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Wonderful for grown-ups too!
author: A momThis CD is easy to listen to for adults as well as children. I've found most kids' CDs to be too simplistic, tinny sounding, lyrically syrupy sweet -- or all of the above -- and this one is none of those things. The words include important messages for kids in today's world, but they're imparted with lyrics that are catchy and music that is complex enough for adults and simple enough for children to sing along. All in all, an extremely pleasant surprise that such excellent quality is found in a children's album.

I have been teaching Pre-K for 15 years and this cd rates right up with the best of the best. I would definitely recommend it!
