The Ballet Mecanique is an experimental "art" project from James (Little Jimmy) Tucker, well-traveled road musician and session player.
This East Coaster crafts groundbreaking trip-hop based surrealism, as well as having his hands in a variety of other musical projects. Writing (for himself and others) and performing occupy much of his life.
Tucker has an impressive resume in the music industry, having offered his creative skills to many top-tier artists in the music industry, having worked as keyboardist and/or musical director for a number of well-known performers, including The Temptations, The Drifters, The Marvellettes, The Coasters, The Platters, Wolfman Jack, Bobby Lewis, Al Wilson and many others.
Ballet Mecanique’s music is receiving impressive airplay in both Europe and Japan and glowing reviews frequently lavish praise on Tucker’s work.
