Enlisting the energy of an atomic bomb and the creativity of DaVinci himself, brothers Matt and Jason Tardy made their debut under the name AudioBody in 2004 with the album, "Sound. Motion. Theater.”. Music from the album was quickly picked-up by local film-makers and featured in two Emmy nominated videos depicting The Extreme Diet Coke and Mentos Experiments. The burst of popularity was quite unexpected and they scrambled to fill the thousands of CD orders that came in from all over the world. For a period of about 2 months "Sound. Motion. Theater" was the #1 selling album from the largest independent distributor in the country! This was soon followed by countless TV credits including VH1, The Today Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Good Morning America, Inside Edition, MythBusters, and G4TV.
In 2007 AudioBody released their long-awaited second album called "Do Something Difficult", boasting 14 brand new songs of their funky techno-rock and a remix of the ever-popular "You Gotta Tap".

I love this CD so much - if it's possible to wear a CD out then that's very possibly going to happen - I have been playing this album endlessly - Lifts my mood like no other cd at the moment. You can't help but move to it! Each track has a completely different feel to it, unique and the exact opposite of boring, unlike much of the Techno I've listened to. author: TimI love to see this CD getting the recognition it deserves! I'm a long time fan. This stuff is so refreshing and new, its such a great mix of tunes. It contains the absolute optimal amount of rock. Crank this on a hot summer day for a burst of adrenaline.
Is this an electronic keyboard demo?
author: adam (UK)You Gotta Tap is the only track on here worth listening to - it's funky, catchy and fresh. The rest of the album could have been the demo function from a cheap and tacky electronic keyboard. Disappointingly amateurish. (At least it was only 10 quid!)

Listening to any of the songs (and they are all GREAT) brings up my energy level immediately. I have a smile on my face and my body is moving. The emails from CDBaby made the whole buying experience an enjoyable pleasure. I look forward to hearing the next Audiobody CD when it is available.

I defy anyone to keep still while playing it in the 'put a pastel in your mouth without chewing' kinda way ! Shut your blinds/curtains, clear a space, PLAY LOUD (get yer cordless earphones on if you have sensitive neighbours) and dance your little heart out. Better than medicine ! I wanted funky, I got funky!
