All Too Human is from Houston, Texas. After playing with the band Apogee from 1980-1982, Chris Lucci and Maurice Taylor met while both were in a project with guitarist Oscar Mangini called Muzix. The desire to record an album of original music brought Maurice and Chris to recruit guitarist Chris McIuan and singer Paul Vander to record the material for the debut "Forever and a Day". The album was recorded at "R/R Digital Studios" in Lake Jackson, Texas. After many delays, the band finalized the album in May 1998 and released it in August 1998.
In early 1999 All Too Human parted ways with singer Paul Vander and guitarist Chris McIuan. Clint Wilson took over on guitar duties in March 1999. Don DuZan joined the band as lead vocalist in June 2000.
In 2002 All Too Human started the recording for the second CD "Entropy".
Keyboards-player Derek Sherinian (ex Dream Theater, Planet X, Alice Cooper) appears as Special-Guest on the album.
During 2003 All Too Human signed a record-deal with Adrenaline/ Steelheart for the release of the album. The european version of "Entropy" contains 2 newly recorded bonus-tracks as well as new cover and revised artowork (full colour 16 pages booklet).

Good cd
author: WilburtNot sure why this band is billed as Christian by some websites. If so, they are veiled in their stand. Mark 8.38! However, musically, sound is strong, good, more power metal than prog (thankfully). Good tenor vocalist fits well with the power style.
Crunchy progmetal with a message as powerful as the chords!
author: Wayne Batson (Guitarist for Ressurrection)All Too Human: Made me want to break my guitar over my knee in a way that I haven't felt since Dream Theater's Images and Words. It's that good. I've always admired a guitar that has such a fat, crunchy guitar that every single note sounds as big as a chord! Seven Deadly Sins is an exemplary track! Wow! Shredding guitars, thunderous drums, eerie keyboards, and a galloping bass make this a must have CD for Prog fans. Now, the vocalist everyone will immediately compare to Geoff Tate and Bruce Dickinson--which isn't a bad thing! Soaring highs and mournful lows fit the music perfectly. My only problem with All Too Human is that they only have one CD so far! C'mon, guys! Get in the studio and jammmm! I'll be waiting!
