A Great Release!!
author: ArumonThis CD is one grand voyage. The production value is excellent. Although not every track features the choir, the CD has a epic feeling with captivating tunes throughout. The dramatic opening ’Tyrannos’ sets the tone for the entire CD. Other personal favourites include ’Hosanna’, ‘Pastoral’ ’Belgorod’, ’ Dryhten’s Spell’ which starts off with an haunting music box theme and becomes more demonic when the choir kicks in in the second part, ’Lamentoso’ ’Force Majeure’ and ‘Libere’. The songs are the most effective in melodic compositions like ‘Libere’, truly amazing!! This CD is highly recommended for trailer music fans or anyone who enjoys lush, dramatic music. An extra neat feature is the additional DVD with has the songs in 5.1 surround sound, just waiting to be played in your home cinema set! 5 stars! Thank you CDBaby for the excellent service!
Brilliant in every sense of the word!!
author: DamienIf you like movie trailer music you'll love this cd. My favourite tracks are tyrannos and dryka. I would definitely recommend this to any movie buff.
Took a few listens to truly appreciate
author: ana10gWasn't sure about spending $20 for the DVD Audio also but the songs are very good. Took listening to it on several occasions to really enjoy. Not as good as Unearthed which is kind of a standard for me for this kind of music but a worthy addition to the collection.
Worth adding to your collection
author: Craig BrownI purchased this album at the same time as Unearthed by E.S. Posthumus and although I enjoy The Savage Tongue it doesn't feel as complete or well orchestrated as Unearthed That doesn't mean this isn't a good album - it's an excellent collection of music that will be familiar to anyone who watches movie trailers. The tracks are enjoyable and make excellent background music, but they don't engage the listener as much as they might. If you like film music (especially Hans Zimmer or Marc Mancina) then you'll enjoy this album, but you should also try the Epicon album from Globus.
Fantastic Voyage of Sound
author: NickAn outstanding CD. This is a must have for any score or trailer music lover. Covering a variety of genres this CD packs a punch. Plus the extra musicDVD in 5.1 surround is exhilarating. Definatly worth the purchase.
Wonderful!
author: LisaThis CD is awesome! It sounds just like trailer or soundtrack music. Lots of great instrumental and choral sounds. Wonderful if you are a trailer/soundtrack enthusiast or even just like listening to theatrical music. Considering how difficult it can be to find music used in trailers, this CD is a gem!
Meeting wonderful music
author: RyuichiThis artist CD powerfully has wonderful of the melody though it has listened to CD including the film music so far. The artist who writes a wonderful score so much is after a long time. The second base album is expected by all means. Thank you.

Great theatrical sounding music, its no wonder its used in movies all the time! Great tracks, great for studying in times of needing inspiration!
Excellent collection
author: Kerry MuzzeyYou know all those times when you're at the movies watching the previews, and you hear that really cool music and think, "WHERE is that piece from??" Well, here's the answer! You'll recognize many of the pieces on this CD - it's a fantastic collection of orchestral & choral trailer music.
BEST THEATRICAL CD EVER
author: Norbert VajdaHonestly amazing, a must have if you are into Movie Trailer Music. Even if your not, you still gotta hear it :).
Simply magnificent
author: EpologyThis CD is just magnificent. The participation of all those musicians have created an, as mentioned in the other reviews, epic score of unreachable accoustic. If you ever wanted to get your hands on something that sounds like the trailer music of "Immediate Music" or "X-Ray Dog", here it is. And stragely, it is legal as well. Buy and enjoy
it is so good
author: lyzziegymnasticsmy mom says this when we go through kansas city. she says she can see cars crashing and bashing and so on and so fourth. it is the best music ever!!!
A really good buy... worth every cent.
author: David HweeI've been waiting for another CD of this genre since E.S. Posthumus' "Unearthed" came about, and this album is it! Although it's slightly more relaxed in nature than Unearthed, it still delivers beautiful orchestral and choral tracks which give you the most epic and spectacular soundscapes imaginable. It's practically a soundtrack waiting for the film to happen! Oh, and the bonus 5.1 DVD that comes with this album sounds so good it's been making trips into my DVD player everyday!
this is the most ownage cd ive ever heard

author: NiatonaThe deep, epic feel of some of these tracks is amazing, a must have for trailer music fans.
