String Music has been featured on NPR, K-Mozart, Borders Bookstores, and Molly Malones.
BIO
Solo Artist, musician, composer, and producer, Anna Stafford's music adds a rich arena of new, uplifting string performance styles to the Los Angeles Entertainment Industry and abroad. From TV appearances and recording sessions, to her eloquent compositions, Anna adds an enduring, fiery and intuitive edge to the music industry scene.
Anna's latest album String Music blends a classical background with the vernacular of rock n' roll music. Inspired by her work with Vitamin Records String Tribute Albums (she produced four: Lacuna Coil, INXS, Deftones, Morrissey) Anna decided to write originals which were idiomatic to both the instrumentation and the style of rock n' roll.
CREDITS
Anna's recording credits include the 2007 Grammy Awards, Christina Aguilera "Back to Basics," and DMC's "Checks, Thugs, and Rock & Roll." Arrangements: Joel Diamond, Max Lux, Zenvox, Storm Productions, and Prism Trio. TV: "Alexander the Great" and "Well Sooted" (2006). TV credits: Mary J Blige, Leann Rimes, 3 Doors Down, Andrea Bocelli, and the new TV series "Wedding Bells" (FOX). Anna recently toured to Rome with the MASS Ensemble in 2006. String Music music is featured at Molly Malones in Los Angeles.
