Amy Hughes is Texas Country through and through. She's got maroon Aggie blood, grew up listening to Willie and Waylon with her dad, country singer Fiddln' Faron Evans. She has had a love for music since she can remember, always partnering up with her dad on the stage. Singing, playing the guitar, writing songs, and relaxing on the beach-these things are what's important to Amy! She's been pushing her way into music since she was 13, and she finally has her debut cd out, "45 South." It's got every piece of Amy Hughes on that cd, if you listen hard enough.
Amy's band, The Dirty Seven, are also a huge part of her music. They are such talented, wonderful guys. They play around Texas and some of their heroes include Wade Bowen, Randy Rogers Band, Cory Morrow, Pat Green, Ryan Turner, Jason Boland..the list goes on and on!!
