Restless and Wild
author: Richie VincentI saw this band live at the Rockabilly Rave weekender in the UK and had to have this CD. Quite simply it is as exciting and enjoyable as their live performance. Amber Foxx and her very talented band have produced a scorchin' CD !
That gal can sing!
author: Carl M. NielsenThis is the rough sound of steamin', harddriving rockabilly. Autentic thrue to the spirit of the 50's, but still with a personal touch and fresh as morning dew. What really bring dovn the house is the distinctive voice of Amber Foxx. She is something. She manages the whole pattern from sweet niceness to badmama roaring. She gives every song her own twist and have this natural, certain way of doing it. Most of the album is pure energy and high speed, but Aber and her band also find time for romantic moments. Especially the version of "Perfidida" is wonderfull. I've always liked that tune. But this way of doing it is beyound everything.
