This band exists for each other and for these people-a crew as integral to the phenomenon as the rogues' gallery of musicianship itself. So climb aboard, batten the hatches, hold onto your pint, and watch this ship of fools rock the boat. Fists in the air and backs against the wall!

We're not Irish...
We're Americans. We come from musical backgrounds so diverse that we should never have come to play together, let alone blended as well as we do. Most of us are from the Pacific Northwest and all of us were raised on hard work. That's what our music is: hard work and fun with our mates. Our music is dedicated to every artist, every musician, every fisherman, sailor and soldier, every working class man and woman, every surfer, every skate punk, and every hooligan, punk rocker, and street rat to ever grace this earth with his or her presence. Cheers!

    I found a copy of this cd in a parking lot. Only one song was listenable because the disc was so damaged. I loved it so much that I had to order it right away. Took me forever to find it, but now I finally have it! I love it!

    Jump and jig! Amadan takes what were somber & slow traditional songs, and pumps them with electricity (not to mention the swaying power of a didgeridoo). It's an excellent album to listen to, whether drinking a stout with friends or sipping soda in the sun.

    Growing up listening to Cuz Teahan, I learned to aprreciate traditional Irish Music. These guys blend traditional Irish music with a modern sound and a personal style that is really great and refreshing.

    Amadan has produced a kick-ass CD of music that is very upbeat and fun to listen to. Their music is best played loud and in a large area for dancing. Buy this CD. When there new CD is recorded, buy it. I hope to hear more from Amadan in the future!

    Son's of Liberty is an excellent album with a plethora of musical traditions. The new takes on many traditional songs inspire a sense of energy with layered and reaching instrumentation, all of which will have the masses wailing "pass down another round!" A must have for any collection of those inclined to have a good time.
