  • Soundtrack to any party
    author: Richard Amery

Considering almost all of a Case of Gator consists of songs about drinking, Alligator Jackson’s new CD is the ideal soundtrack to any road trip or party. There are heaps of songs about drinking and fighting, drinking to forget, drinking to pick up women, women drinking and what happens after a night of drinking. They are all well played with catchy Lynard Skynard style southern rock guitar riffs and clever lyrics. There are three types of drinking songs — four on the floor rockers, a humourous set including a brilliant take off of Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar called Waffle House 4 a.m. and a heavy metal set which sounds like Canadian classic rocker’s April Wine if they were to sing drinking songs. Do yourself a favour and pick up a Case of Gator with your next 12 pack of beer. You will love it.

  • Perfect soundtrack to the perfect party
    author: Richard Amery

Alligator Jackson has composed the perfect CD to any road trip but especially any party, mainly because almost all of the songs are about drinking— drinking and fighting, drinking with the blues, drinking while picking up women, women drinking, where to go after drinking, even a song about the man who delivers your beer— he covers the gamut. They are all pure rock n’roll fun. Up tempo, well played, full of catchy guitar licks and pretty much all move you to get up and dance— or at least get another beer. There are three distinct types of drinking songs included here — Lynard Skynard style southern rockers, humourous odes including a great take off of Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar called Waffle House 4am and a pretty impressive heavily distorted metal set which sounds a lot like Canadian classic rockers April Wine— if they were to sing drinking songs. Do yourself a favour and pick up a Case of Gator today with your next 12 pack.
