notes

Allan is no longer with us. Lee Fisher and Scott Evans have united with former members of Gutrench and Jumbo to form a Grindcore band called Commit Suicide who have a record out on Willowtip Records. Bassist Bobby Spell went on to play for the goth band Low Sunday who put out a record on Projekt Records.

Allan was Brian Snyder, LeeFisher, Bobby Spell and Scott Evans. With influences ranging from hardcore, jazz, rock, tribal & Latin, Allan's sound can be described as open, inventive, creative and of course HEAVY. Trying anything to get their musical point across, they've utilized everything from simple sound effects to noise and electronics while still maintaining their foundation of heavy grooves and sheer intensity. In just under one year, Allan had achieved a recognizeable amount of success, playing the Pittsburgh area's more noteable venues including Club Laga, the 31st St. Pub,& Graffiti, along with regional touring to Buffalo, N.Y, Charleston, W.V,& Cleveland, OH. With every show the band enjoyed watching their audience & mailing list grow. All eyes where on this band and Da'Core Records quickly snatched them up.

"...About Five Seconds" is still an album that we are very proud of and should be in your collection. Especially if you love heavy grooves and noise laden hardcore!

Offered at this special "close-out" price.
