Best CD I heard all year!
author: RockGurlI first heard of Alicia Grant on XM radio when they played her single "Jezebel". I loved the song and had to buy the cd. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all the songs on the CD are great. Buy this album!
Very, very impressive!
author: MusicVibeSadly, most albums offer one or two solid songs, and fill. Dare to Confess, therefore, is the anti album. Alicia Grant's effort and ability here, are more than apparent. Not only are all songs airplay quality, but her sometimes sensuous, sometimes rocking, always unique approach keeps the groove from turning into a rut. Ten tracks - and each one individual, imaginative, listenable and buzz worthy. I haven't heard an indie this impressive in quite a while.
